maaaan i keep getting got by these titles ๐ฎโ๐จ๐ just because it says beginners and low impact does not mean i won't be wondering what the hell i do to myself half way in ๐ so proud of myself for making it through ๐๐พ๐ช๐พ my intensity no way match you Rick, but i did keep moving until the end and finished off with some high knee, well maybe middle knee march ๐ no energy for the signature quick feet, but i still enjoyed it ๐

I found your videos about a year ago. I've used them ever since. I live in Michigan, so I walk every day during the summer. Winter is a little tricky. You inspire me to workout. Love the music and your energy. I'm 65 and a diabetic so exercising keeps it under control. And workouts are very joint friendly too!
