I've been doing this workout and its really good! if anyone if doing this workout PLEASE leave the Sumo Squet Pulse for last cause it made me tired through out the rest of the workout 😭😭❤

Doing this exerscise for 14 days –
Day 1 – i forgot to even make the comment 😂 but i here it is , i thought it Was going to be quite easy but it turned out quite hard ( thats a good thing )
Day 2 – ( updated on day 3 ) i did not have a chance to do this exerscise bc i was very busy
Day 3 – i would do this one twice to make up for yesterday but im so tired from previous exerscises i have done today and i still have more to do , but i really recomend this thigh exerscise , but same as day one it was quite hard and i didnt manage to do the last exerscise but i completed the rest fine i did take longer breaks than on the video but overall i think i did better than before 😁
Day 4 – ( sorry for doing so late ) this exerscise is easier than last time but still hard , im impressed with myself because i maneged to do it with no longer breaks / without stopping , i was never able to do the last exerscise but i maneged to hold it longer than before 😊

so i’m going to try and attempt this because school starts on the 5th september 😭
i haven’t measured myself but i’m a size 12 in shorts and i’m going to attempt to fit in size 8!!
i’m going to do this 2 times a day + a calorie deficit!! i also drink atleast 2 cups of green tea a day 🫶🏽 i started on August 17th 2023

🙂 I’ve been doing this video almost everyday ( skipped a day) since 6 august and let me tell you that it really changed my body!!! im so surprised of how my legs look now! i was 64kgs and now 61kgs (im not on a diet and i play the snatched waist work out by chloe ting along with this video)

day 1: done + 5 mins gloria song ab burner + 12-3-30 on the treadmill!
day 2: done + 10 mins walk
day 3: done + full body set:
(10 reps 3 sets) use a workout bench for the elevated ones 🙂
elevated wide elbow pushups
kas glute bridges (25 lbs weighted)
gorilla sumo rows (10 lbs weighted)
lunges + verticle arms lunges in place (swinging parallel forward and back + 5 lbs weighted)
elevated cross body mountain climbers
pop squats
day 4: done + (break day) so i didnt do any other exercises except this!
day 5: done + abs set + 1 mile run
day 6: done + leg day! im feeling a lot like my inner thighs have shrunk idk tho
day 7: done + 12-3-30 (i wasnt feeling it today) but i feel like my inner thighs have shrunk, visually too!
day 8: done + glute set + back workout!!
btw im doing glute and leg days as well as plenty of cardio and some abs and subliminals
