Good video except for the exaggerated breathing and constantly saying βinhaleβ βexhaleβ. Kind of irritating and made me stop listening to much of what was said. It did get better towards the end and much useful commentary too throughout the video.
Wow that burned. I never did anything athletic growing up and I've never gotten cramps from workouts I feel so good after it though π

I think I've found the ONE. I was trying to find workouts with explanations about the breathing and the likes cuz I seriously have no idea how that works.
