really, wearing a mask while working out ALONE! This is the worst thing you can do for your immune system – breathing through a mask. Masks don't no anything accept show that you are compliant and a sheep.

Already seeing difference in just 3 days. Only doin the workout 2x a week. No lower back-pains like others. Drinks 750 ml of water. I dont rest 45 secs but 3 minutes. I use 4 kg pair of dumbells. Iโll prolly upgrade my dumbells after a month.

Hun, I do not think any of us following you can thank you enough for what you are sharing with us. Just starting back out so I'm hesitate to spend money on workout videos, but would consider supporting you for all that you give to us.
My Ex left me and now I got more motivation to get my booty popping (I suffer from depression and health issues, so getting motivated is hard for me ….) I will try to do it regulary and hope I will notice changes into better
