I never done any workouts in my life, I saw Ur workout, it's very easy for me but only I can't do squat, sumo squats, lunges because my knees easily get pain and my knees like shaking .. sometimes when I wanted to climb up stairs and want to get down from stairs I can feel my knees shaking , like not strong

Hello mam, am a pcos sufferer who is 85 kgs now and I was able to do most of it excerise surprisingly making me feel motivated but the fire hydrant method when I do in all 4 my knees started to pain like anything even though am in 20s this made me feel like a granny 😔is this normal or smthg really abnormal?
