Looks so good to start this but one question here can we do this routine work daily ? Because we are not giving any rest on the muscles Wright if daily then we are working on same muscles so can we do this for 30 days in continuous for same muscles ?? Please advice me on this case have an doubt on this bcz thinking that if we do chest on Monday next day we should not do again Wright need to give rest to that muscles so advice whether we can do this daily without giving any rest on same muscles.

Looking for a good workout routine to gain upper body strength. I’m 6 foot, weigh 145 lbs and can barely do 20 proper knee push ups. No weights and no pull up bar. Have strong lower body legs which is prob why pushups are so hard as extra weight.
