Thank you so much Marischa, I have been doing this workout for the past 6 weeks. I have been increasing my weight heaviness & now trying your other videos. Your direction & enthusiasm keeps me going &im enjoying my strength training so much. I could never get into it before as workouts were either too tricky/ long/ difficult. As a working mum with young children I’m able to fit 3 decent workouts into my week & my children enjoy mimicking me and working out also. Thanks again from Ireland ❤️
Love this since I'm still trying to love weight training. I was looking for a video that does not require me to lay on the floor and this is just PERFECT! I use this alternatively with Zumba :3

I really love these 10 minute routines. I’d rather do three 10 minute sessions throughout the day as I have time than do one 30 minute session. I also do not get bored with this format. Simple, straight-forward exercises. You can add or decrease weight to make easier or harder. Thank you for these!

As a beginner to this strength training it would have been great if u atleast informed the audience to have a warm up and a cool down…thinking this was not a strenuous workout I started just as the video began causing a neck muscle injury…won’t try her workouts any more 🥺
