I love the countdown, rest time, and time bar. Your workouts are amazing.
one thing i love about this channel is that all the workouts burn, and leave my body feeling it afterwards but not in a way where it hurts. Nor do the exercise get me ridiculously out of breath, with little muscle burn.
Been doing this workout for four days to add on to the other exercise ive been doing for 2/3 weeks ( his 10 minute love handle workout.)
Haven't noticed any difference when I look in the mirror, but I've dropped from 65kg to 60kg which shocked me. My diet isn't anything healthy, Ive replaced iced coffees with low calorie iced teas. As well as eating when I'm hungry, not peckish or in a snack mood. So I'm still eating things like cookies, sandwiches and leftovers.
Keep in mind I've gone off zoloft a few months ago, which caused 10kg of weight gain (meds cause metabolism to slow). So, my metabolism could be shifting again to what it was possibly. However, either way weight from meds is HARD to shed. My pear shape being way more obvious now.
I've always been inconsistent with workouts, I didnt do anything yesterday. The day before i only did arms, and the day before that i only did love handles. But I've been doing at least 10-25 minutes everyday? consistently? Even with my chronic pain, depression and horrible sleep patterns leaving me awake at night and asleep during the day (cant workout at night when everyone is asleep lol)
I hope I keep doing this. Today I got the bombshell of how it's gonna probably take another two years until I can take hormones to start my transition (transgender FTM), which is emotionally painful enough to the point I do avoid going outside because my body isn't 'male'.
I want to start working out, consistently, get results and enjoy it. I hope that exercise can be my coping mechanism for the next few years.
UPDATE: Faltered a bit with consistency, starting back up and being more softer on myself for this. Dealing with a sexual assault, and recovering emotionally. Reminding myself here, its okay to miss days. Cut exercise times short and so on. If you think the pumped mood after the workout will be rewarding and help DO IT. If it's a difficult moving day, rest babe. its okay
I really liked this workout out I could follow along with out bully juice leaving me in the dust 🤣
can i do this along with a full body workout no equipment before this?

Just wanted to stop in and say thank you. I started my fitness journey about a year ago and when i got my first pair of dumbbells, i didnt know where to start. I found this video and was hooked. Without you, i wouldnt be anywhere as happy with my body as i am now.
