      I have been recently diagnosed with unblocked hernia and have been advised to avoid all body weight exercises as they mostly involve core.

      Can you plz plz plz plz do a full body workout for people with umbilical hernia as I really need it

      love your workouts, are there are exercises that will work on reducing, as I call them bum pads, the fat on the side ? I do do the glute workouts. Will these target that area or have you other exercises?
