Excellent cardio workout! So grateful for this.
Thank you! I had great fun with this workout. Yes, my adrenaline did kick in. I am 75 1/2 years old with arthritis in my feet due to 10 plus years of doing high impact aerobic dancing. I stopped jumping in my fifties. Now I just walk and work on my balance. Due to years of overuse, my joints are wearing out, but I still have my original parts. This routine reminded me of the "old days" routines. Of course, I am now sitting down, but feel good!
WONDERFUL brief workout. Please please post more of this type of cardio: good heart-rate moves; great instruction; not a lot of pre- & during-workout chatter. Personally, I'd love some a-bit-longer cardio workouts as well. THANK YOU Dina & Silver Sneakers.
Thank you for these videos. I am not really a senior, at 49 years old, but last year I was diagnosed with hypertension (I have to take 1 med a day). So I've been using these videos from your channel to help keep my blood pressure in check.

That was great! The tempo was good, the moves were not too difficult, but still challenging. I love how you let us know in advance what the next move is; so many instructors tell you right when they are changing. I also love how when you say right or left what I see on the screen matches with MY right and left. Thank you!
