I really like the graphics and visuals- they let me follow you while listening to my music. A small critique is that 2 movements in one interval is very ditto follow, especially if I need to go at a slower pace than you. Overall it’s great! Thanks!

I did this one Monday and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE high intensity, low impact !! You are the ONLY one I’ve seen do so many of these . I had given up when I could no longer do high impact , until I found you in 2020 during the pandemic . You have truly helped me not only physically but mentally ! I can’t explain how bad I can feel some days and then I just MAKE myself go do at least one of your videos and it’s like a miracle how much better my mind frame is afterwards! I hope you know how important you are to so many people ! Especially to me ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart !
