Thank you very much for the content guys. You are the reason i switched from jogging to skipping rope. Skipping is actually fun as hell, some times lol. But 2 months ago i used to skip and then i felt something like a muscle tear or something(not sure what it was) around the back end of my ankle. Stopped for a while and started skipping again today. Do these type of injuries happen a lot and how can i prevent them?
is jumping rope good for training in zone 2? <3
I'm so addicted to jump rope now….. Like I can do 500 reps at a go… But I still can't do double unders, side swings , and other skills…

I’m moving this upcoming weekend and have been concerned with how I’ll stay in shape in a new environment. I’ll be focusing on my jump rope for the first few months. That being said this will be a circuit I definitely plan to start next week. Thank you for your dedication and inspiration.
