Starting out trying to lose weight 2 days ago i get 30 minutes break at work and been using the treadmill for 30 minutes but looking for other idea so tonight i will give this a go thank you

Been doin this for a week and just was able to finish the actual exercise for the first time. Starting weight was 284, and am at 269.4 now
QUESTION: I'm a 40 year old male, 315lbs and 5'5"… I'm really really wanting to lose weight and get healthier… for someone who is severely out of shape and is just getting into the field of working out… what's the weight of the punching bag and gloves should I truly start off with, please and thank you?
I'm green as abd half way through got an injury to my shoulder.. I've also gotten tennis elbow from boxing when i did it once before haha.. any stretches or muscle building i can do to avoid injury? Thanks mate!

I do 20 rounds a day somedays 30 but im hitting it like popcorn popping. Been boxing since i was 7 or 8. iM GETTING READY TO 59 YEARS OLD, IT REALLY PAYS OFF i love the heavy bag good job bro
