I'm doing this before without knowing what its called, I just found out that a empty stomach with only coffee boost my cognitive function and slow down my daydreaming symptoms. I'm ADHD inattentive so this is very helpful! I'll probably do it again but this time I have the Idea what I am doing.

The hardest part of any diet plan is starting it! Don't put it off, get into a time rhythm and watch the change in your body. I do midday – 8pm as my eating window and i find it so easy. I'm in bed most weekday nights by 9.30pm and early to bed does help.
For fast results combine it with the 5:2 diet, on 2 days keep your calories to 800, I promise fast results!
I like doing it from 11 am to 7 pm. I usually get up at 11 am though😇 so I just need to control by hungry clues only during the evening after my dinner at 7 pm
20.00 to 12.00 midday works for me as I retire at 23.00 and prefer not to eat three hrs prior to bedding down. My mornings are colossally busy. These hours suit me just fine. And I feel fab and fantastic after the first 14 hours. I M is almost spiritual.

Mon to Fri i do 12:00/12:30pm to 8pm because my lunch break is at 1200/1230. but sometimes im still so full from lunch, i dont eat dinner
On my 5th day of IF (16-8) I threw up water and a bit of a headache before.. I thought that was wierd and why would that happen?? No issues before that.
I’ve been intermittent fasting, 16:8, since February 14th of 2022. Lost 100lbs. I do have 1 cheat day but I stay at 2500 calories a day average and work out, strength training, 4 days a week. I’ve been at my current wait for about 18 months.
Is stevia wrong for fasting?
This has actually worked for me. I started July 2023 and now in January 2024 down 36 pounds. I adjust my fast on the weekend. So I can still enjoy life. lol

My 16/8 is from 10:00 am to 6 pm. I have pure coffee with no sugar early morning. At 10:00 am I eat one fruit, at 12:30 I eat lunch and at 6 pm dinner. I still eat some carbs but in small amounts and not every day. In one week I lost 1 kg and 100 g. I only need to loose 5 kg. So I like to go slow and steady.

Love this video I started IF 4-5 years ago and have had it as a practice on and off and I can def tell a difference in how I feel, always great to have a reminder of the practice and connect with other like minded people on the practice. #cheers
I needed to start with 12 hour fasting for 2 weeks before moving to 8:16… it definitely helped me. I’m in my 4th week and feeling alitte better about things for sure.
I am one of those rare folks that cannot drink green tea! It makes me feel queasy and headachy. But I love regular and herbal teas. Its the same with wines. I love lighter ones but can't drink reds. 😮
I started the 16/8 intermittent fasting 6 weeks ago and have lost 10 pounds without much effort otherwise.( I'm in my 70s and can't overdo exercise or dieting.) I've modified my routine by finding homemade teas that I can drink to prevent hunger and blood sugar dives. I find I feel so much better in general with improved sleep, energy and digestion etc. And, since I'm only eating about half as much, i need to grocery shop about half as often! 😊
