For once, Its nice to see someone who doesn't have a fab body yet trying to work out.
This was a pretty intense 10 minutes that felt like 30! Great workout! I see some other workouts that you have put on YouTube and am looking forward to trying those also.

I couldn't last the last minute and a half I want to die I don't think I should have eaten before I did and now I'm nauseous holy workout
This and the 8 minute no equipment work out are like some kind of miracle. I've been doing them 3 or 4 times a week for 3 weeks and I swear the Muffin Top that has been growing slowly for the last few years has almost disappeared. I haven't really changed what I eat at all either. If I can't find 15 mins 4 times a week then I deserve belly fat!

My knees feel like putty. After the workout I had trouble going down the stairs! Can this workout be done everyday or should it be every other day or mix it with other workouts?
