BLUEHOST is an American Internet company that advertises heavily on You Tube.
They are NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE and anyone doing “business” with them should be very wary. Also a guy called SCOTT CHOW who advises you how to make a blog, recommends BLUEHOST. You may want to be wary of him too.
2. McAFEE, THE VIRUS “PROTECTION” COMPANY JUST TAKES MONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT YEARS AFTER HAVING BUSINESS WITH THEM. BE AWARE OF YOUR BANK BALANCES AND THESE SCOUNDRELS WHO STEAL WHILE YOU ARE SLEEPING
Your second exercise is even worse! THESE ARE NOT AB EXERCISES! I've honestly never seen or heard such utter rubbish in all my life! You are conning the public with inherent rubbish! 🤬🤬🤬
You, my friend, are everything that is so bad and wrong about the fitness industry! People talk just unmitigated and unadulterated rubbish..,but you take it to the most ridiculous and absurd levels I think I've ever seen! Your knowledge of anatomy or even basic exercise physiology is zero! Also, in your simple, untrained mind, you think that because you sense or feel a little tension in your abs…or CORE as you Americans constantly call it…the abs are being trained! THEY'RE NOT! Would you train your biceps like this with static, absurd ISOMETRIC TENSION exercises like this…of course not! The abs go from the Xiphoid Process to insertions on the Pubis on the front of the hips They are a muscle like any other..and should be contracted together under tension and stress like any other muscle you're building! Your theory and even basic knowledge is laughable! Do a video of how to brush one's teeth! Tedious…😳😴😴🤬
