DAY 4: No equipments needed, not even a mat. All you need is a small space so no excuses😝.
Alternatively to following along; do 20 Reps of each exercise to make it 300 Reps🔥💪.

Doing this x2. I love that you have a lot of resistance band and activation exercises ! I feel like that really changes the game when trying to build the glutes, I wanna be glute dominant so bad , I’m almost there 🙏🏾💪🏾 but I make sure to do that before doing these types of workouts from you so I get max results ⚡️⭐️🫡
