I was 65kg in 2019 Dec, now I'm 52.4kg.. Thank you somya for helping me in this journey!! I'm going to start this challenge from tomorrow. I'll update the results after 2 weeks!! ❤❤

Its good but u are doing it so fast and without giving 10-15 seconds break in between …might be its easy for u but not for others who is just started … most people are not aware about this that you are doing with this with cuts & break they might think that they are lacking with the duration given

Nice video but I think you should put some gaps (10-15 seconds) in between every exercises………This will make it easy to do the exercises by watching the video……. 😊😊

Day 1 : it was hard but somehow completed. For some exercise i was only able to do for 24 sec lets see Tommorow what happens

Please someone tell me as i started skipping and right now i am able to do 600 in morning and 600 in evening . As today is my 4 day of skipping . If i do this exercise will i lose 10-15 kg in 4 months ?

Is it ok to do these exercises in periods ? Specially if we experience cramps and pain in the legs ?

Let‘s see if I can keep up doing workouts and maybe i‘ll be able to update ♡ But so far I‘ve enjoyed myself, I usually hate working out but for me this is perfect. Enough to make me sweat but not too hard.
