      Not really a fan of this video. Youโ€™re going to fast and your time in between the workout is not long enough showcasing the next workout. I found myself feeling rushed and having to keep going back to rewind bc I could not get a grasp of what you were doing.

      always worked out the past year during pandemic but its not really for me, always felt tired with heavy workout. tried several diets as well, the only thing that worked for me without feeling like a shit was agoge diet. its easy and deliver results. never been happy
