It is good that this workout is Slow paced so we can focus on every movement rather than speeding things up and end up getting tired instead of properly completing the workout. Definitely going to try this one out

I just recently saw this video and I thought I try it . I’m 15 yrs old and 52.9/53kg ( from the last time I went on the weighing scale) . I had a shitty relationship with food and my body but I’m gg to try .
Day1:✅,not that hard . I felt some burning on my stomach area , nothing more .
Day2:✅,still the same , it was not that hard but I sweated more then yesterday , the burn was increasing and I felt good

An excellent add on after a glute day! I can engage my abbs! As someone who always sucked at PE, I feel very exchited about these changes in my body. 😁
This workout says no repeat but lots of the exercises are very similar so bear that in mind!

Hello Caroline, thanks for this fantastic WO. This is planned for tomorrow morning along with arms & shoulder, 15 min motorless treadmill and 15 Km eBike (going and returningto/ from teh gym). Today I made Fuel Day 20 (it was fantastic). Today I trained at home and I made an experiment: In the 10 s breaks I have breathed 96% oxygen (I have an oxigen concentrator). Impressive how I could recover quickly. My next challenge is to motivate my girl friend to train (she is completely refractory to training). I hope that your videos and the fact that the majority of your followers are women can motivate her to try. I have only one question for you: when I perfom your WOs, I sweat a bucket full and I have to dry myself constantly… In all your videos that I have seen, I have never seen you losing a single drop. Are you a kind of super human??? ahahah
