I really appreciate you showing the modified version. There's a lot of workouts on here that they don't always do. I cannot do how impact anymore that was when I was younger and I have knee problems both of them so quite a few things like squats and lunges that I can't do. You do a very good job explaining the exercise. I have other workouts on YouTube that I use sometimes but always end up usually going to yours cuz I just like the way you do your workouts.
