I am 34 y.o. sedentary male office worker. This video made me feel good about myself. It was still hard but really beginner friendly. This work out is more professional than many upper body workouts prepared by males. They are usually fast and unnecessarily over-produced. Thanks a lot.
This was incredibly helpful! I'm a beginner and this was sooo supportive for focusing on form. Repeating the same exercise 3x was great w that as well. I'm not sure if you already have one of these beginner lower body workouts w weights, but if not I would love one. Thanks Maddie 🙂

Not sure "enjoy" is the word that I'd pick here haha. I made it through with my usual weights but it wasn't super easy. I find these workouts that are adaptable via the chosen weights oh so helpful because I will use them for years to come. Thank you Maddie!

I don't consider myself a beginner so I adapted this workout to what I thought that suited me better and it turned out very challeging! I used 8kg dumbells throughout and then lowered to 6kg for the lateral raises; I also performed bent over rows (so standing instead of on my knees). My arms were on fire in the end but it felt great! 😊 Loved it! 💪🔥
