I love your videos but not a fan of this music. You used to have a step tracker too which I miss.
Been doing this for 30 yrs. And music motivates me, certainly not this kind, more like something that takes me back. R&B for sure & disco. I turn this music down and played my own and did this video… much better. 😅
I go to the gym and been to lots of cardio classes… but can’t seem to be motivated by this type of music… one thing for sure I love the no talking part😅
Music needs to change to 60’s music that will really motivate seniors
Well I have been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea , I stop breathing 39 times an hour , I have started CPAP with my third mask lol , this one is a nasal mask and for three nights I've had 9 hours sleep with only 3 apneas , I am energetic and so thought I'd try this crafty little workout , and its amazing , my aim is to get fit and lose about a stone as I am not really overweight , I just turned 59 and recovering from womb cancer as I mentioned in another comment . These workouts help me to build up my stamina and also help me with the anxiety and stress I have . Thank you once again , love love love these workouts . You must have worldwide clients doing these video's , I am from England and I have sent these video's to friends also . Thank you .

Love this one! I've been doing your workouts daily and I'm doing the 25 days of strength 5 days/week and loving it as well. I can feel my legs are getting stronger and I'm able to lift my legs higher with the kicks and knee lifts. The squats are easier now and my arm strength is improving as well. I'm on week 3 of the strength videos and I can tell the difference in both my arms and legs. I know if I continue, I will only get stronger as I can tell the difference so far. My hips and back are starting to feel better too! I am so happy I found your videos. All of them are fun and I'm getting fit while doing them so it's a win, win! I actually look forward to doing your workouts every day. Thanks so much for giving and sharing your gifts with others and helping them get fit, like you! 🙂
