I’ve had a flare up of my disabilities so, this is my first attempt of exercising in over a month BUT I managed the whole 20 minutes albeit I adapted some of the moves for my needs. Thoroughly enjoyed it though 👍🏻

This is just what I needed in my life. I am a swimmer but all public pools near me are closed. And I don't like the now traditional working out in a gym. I love going out to dance though!!! So this is gonna be my thing for sure!
