Nicole, I started watching your videos and practicing Pilates EXACTLY one year ago today and I can truly say it has changed my life. Your positive attitude and encouragement have kept me coming back to your channel every week and has had the greatest impact on me. I used to never have the motivation to work out but when I discovered your channel, I learned that exercise isn’t only about the body but is equally about the mind. Hi Nicole! Can you make something like this but make it 10 minutes please? I swear this is by far the best pilates routine that I tried but I have other workout routine and just needed an additional 10-minute pilates. Hope you can make a shorter version of this 🙏

I'm a cyclist. First time doing pilates. It was challenging at times but I was so content after finishing the workout, thank you sm for this, will deffo have to try to do this more often <<3

I hadn't worked out in a few months and just started back up a few days ago. This video was challenging but not too hard where it made me want to give up. Just enough to push through but not have to do 60 reps of a move.
This was somewhat challenging. I modified a little but I made it through. Great class!
