      Hi Nicole! Can you make something like this but make it 10 minutes please? I swear this is by far the best pilates routine that I tried but I have other workout routine and just needed an additional 10-minute pilates. Hope you can make a shorter version of this 🙏

      I hadn't worked out in a few months and just started back up a few days ago. This video was challenging but not too hard where it made me want to give up. Just enough to push through but not have to do 60 reps of a move.
