I’ve been doing your workouts since 2020 and love most of them. The moves in this were repetitive at times so I incorporated moves from past videos to get more steps in and increase my heart rate.
Already have more ENERGY!!!😅

I never thought I'd say this, but I was sad that I missed my workout yesterday.
I had such a rough time yesterday, and all I wanted to do was go for a run.
I made up for that missed workout this morning. I worked my butt off during this workout and I'm so proud of myself!
