I came back here the next day to share, that my butt hurts so much! I wanted to repeat this workout today but ainโt to way. Great tip to squeeze the support legโs glute in lunges in the up position, I never knew it. Will try to do this workout tomorrow

Thank you so so much. I'm in my 8th week of pregnancy and before I've been working out with you on a regular basis. Now I have the typical feeling sick symptoms and had to slow it down massively (which is totally fine, my body tells me what I need). And now I finally feel like I can do slow controlled movements as in the video above. I feel activated and feel more connected to my body.

Hi, I've been recently watching and using your workout videos to try and increase my fitnesss, endurance and strength. i find some of these videos really helpful and easy for beginners, but i just did this video and i had a few things i wanted to point out. some of the exercises you add are too hard/advanced for a beginner, even if it seems super easy and beginner to you. You are really fit and have obviously worked your way up your fitness levels, so you find exercises like this easy and 'beginner' like because you train so much more advanced. When in reality some of these exercises can be too hard or just too much for a beginner who has hardly any strength, endurance, cardio or fitness levels. i think you just dont see that and find these easy because they're VERY easy for you. but that wouldn't make these exercises necessarily easy, it just means your really fit and have built that level up so you find something like this very easy. not tryna be a karen but just giving some pointers so beginners can actually do or even attempt some of the exercises, or so they can do it longer then 10 seconds.

Doing this routine every day for as long as I can ๐
Goals: Slim down a bit, get stronger (especially in my core)
Day 1: Havenโt worked out in awhile and was definitely sweating quite a bit. Overall not too difficult today. Felt good to work my muscles!
Day 2: Woo! Definitely felt the burn more today than I did yesterday. My muscles were quite sore today which made this a bit harder. Took some extra breaks but overall was still enjoyable.
Day 3: Missed this day due to being busy. Back at it again tomorrow!
Day 4: Finished this workout today. About the same as day 2, but my muscles werenโt as sore! Note to self, try to do this workout when youโre energized, not tired ๐ made it a bit harder.
