I am going to do this workout 5 days a week with breaks on weekends. I’m going to update this comment weekly to share my honest results. Starting weight: 79kg. Wish me luck!
Day 1: I didn’t expect this workout to be so tiring. I can feel my abs and leg muscles working and I didn’t expect that at all. According to my apple watch I ended up burning twice as many calories as shown on video!

I have belly fat, side fat is it usefull how many days taken for it
Started from the 7th of October 2023.
Day 1 :after 10 min gave up
Day 2 :somehow manage to cover the whole slot
My current weight is 55.70 kg will update after 1 week

More than 20 days I have tried this exercise but now my hip is paining from 5 days 😢 I don't know what to do😢I am not able to sit on my bed but I can sit on a chair properly 😢😢

Doing this every day for a month!
Day 1 – Good i started sweating alot 14 minutes in! I already see a little distance in my belly and thighs!
Day 2 – So tired my pegs were sore but I managed
