Just did it for the 2nd time. I actually felt the energy in my fingers when we got to the moon over water movement. I am incorporating Qigong into Yoga classes that I teach and you my new friend are an awesome teacher. Much gratitude for sharing this freely.

Hello Lee, unfortunately i have long covid. I tried some excercises, but it's to heavy for me at this moment. Is it possible for you to make a video specially for people like me? I already massage the area for the imunesystem. I would like to make more progress in gaining energie and getting fit again. Thanks in advance for considering my suggestion.

I don’t know who decided to label this an easy workout, but easy for whom? Push-ups are not easy. Getting down on the floor is not easy for everyone. For people who want to connect with chi without yoga or calisthenics, I suggest Energy Ecstasy by Robert Peng.

I have stopped going to my regular yoga class because my left wrist has torn ligaments and tendons. It is inoperable unless it is totally fused which I will not do. Somehow, I need to find a way to find alternatives. These exercises also will not work for me unless I make adjustments. I'm just afraid it will not be as effective. I'm not quitting, don't get me wrong, I'm just stuck as to what to do.
