it's a very nice exercise it's hard but not too hard or maybe cause I did half yesterday and half today, doesn't matter I really like it ❤

I thought I was in good shape but Anna showed me with this workout that there's still way to grow😅 It was extremely hard, I confess I cheated by finishing earlier and skipping some exercises like jump lunge burpees (my GOD, that was impossible for me)🤪 But I have a fitness goal now 👍 THANK YOU 🙏🙏🙏
