I love your videos and use them nearly every day. But was a bit disappointed that I haven't even finished yet and have had 4 sets of adverts interrupting this workout
Love these, have been having my best workouts since COVID started now that I bought them. Only criticism is that the end caps (which you rotate to change bestgym.equipment the weight) stick out and can do into your thighs if you rest the dumbbells vertically on your legs. Only a minor inconvenience though.
I can't say enough about this workout. I'm doing this once a week and will add a 2nd workout. "Burns so good"

Hi….hw many days in a week should i do this to get results?
i have been doing this for over a year one body part in a week ie arms shoulders chest legs thats 4 times a week for abs i follow another programme
.hasfit is one of the best programmes and i have benefitted from these workouts immensely
its all about sustainibility focus and determination one as one gets stronger the level of diffculty decreases.
at age 60 iam at my fittest . so much so i dont feel the need to rejoin the gym.
