Loved it! ❤
Very intense and helpful. I always enjoyed it. ❤
L vid like your content jk love you be safe! ❤
replacing my unhealthy behaviors with working out has been my best decision. if you’re trying to quit nicotine it may help you like it’s helped me!!
I so love u!!
Great core exercises Coach
I was looking for this video and ended up finding another 20 min core. That's all I had today and with #Madfit that's enough! Thank you!
Absolutely loved this style of movement! It really helped me feel the move and muscles working! Thank you so much for posting such great workouts
I loved this workout
There is something so satisfying in these slow core exercises that feel very thorough and really make you think about the form.
Thank you so much Maddie ❤
I absolutely enjoyed this video! I personally prefer slowed down and controlled workouts in general, especially for my abs, and I find this style much easier to transition to the next exercise and even be able to keep up. hiit workouts for at home following someone im not able to interact with except for a published video makes it difficult to follow along and feel like im getting all of the benefits from the practice.
all in all would love to see more of this, my abs are on fire. last four exercises I decided to hold plank and boat pose and I already can tell how they're going to feel tomorrow. thank you!
where does she get her outfits?
Loved this workout !! I wanted to move my body but didn't feel like lifting weights our doing intensive stuff – this got the workout done and I felt a good burn !! gonna try 2 sets of this the next time – thanks so much Maddie !!!! <3
Love love love this workout!!
really enjoy the slow focused pace. Anyone struggle with clicking hips? Is there anything I go do to help this they crunch a lot!
Yes, let’s do more. Can you do the same for the back?
could you plzzzz make a slow and intense series with more ab exercises that focus on different areas like obliques, lower and upper abs, but also booty and arms, etc…
i use this workout every morning because i’m usually low energy/ i don’t always feel motivated to do something so high energy. but then know i won’t workout at all! i love this vid because it’s not too much movement but still realllly makes you feel the abs getting toned!
a series would also be so helpful for those starting out to workout, like me, because you focus a lot on form!
Really great abs workout…the pace made me connect more to keeping my lower back in a safe place. The arm/oblique exercise was awesome! Thx for your great training!!
You're awesome. Thanks fpr taking throughout the workout
I actually feel my whole body burn in this even my legs felt the work 💪🏻😅
Is there any advice on how to support the neck as sometimes my neck hurts during these type of workouts on the floor?!
Other than that good workout 😁 can you do another standing abs please x
Loved it! But could you also double check the links for the warm ups & cool downs? On my phone the videos aren't linked, but the middle warm up is. Thank youuuu!!!
yay thank you, it was great! not having equipment at home these workouts are the best!
I have been doing your workout videos for over a year now, they helped me improve my core strength and posture! Your videos are the best, no doubt, because you take time to explain how to do an exercise in a good form! Thank you!
Very intense workout, but I like it. It pushed me to use all of my core strength. I could get used to this but for my elbow and knee joints 😢. They started crying 😭 at the end
Just love your workout… We want more of this kinda workout ….. Love it…… You are the best trainer…🌸🤍💜💜💜
love you maddie! thank you!!
I really loved this 20 mns… so good for my core🙏🌞💛
I really enjoyed this style…. thanks !!
It could be more intense, but it deserves a like
def one of my faves <3
Hi, where'd you get your mat from?
love the workout maddy thank you!! quick question: will the intro change now with the new feature coming on the madfit app?
Big fan of the slow burn!
Wow cool workout, lots of interesting moves like the feet walk out and back…. very effective. Saving this one! 😍
This was challenging for me, but I know that I need to work on this area.
Love you !
Loved this workout!
Thanks so much and wishing you the best!🧡💗🌸
I just wanted to say thank you for all the great floor workouts (abs, glutes and thighs!). I just had foot surgery so no standing for me right now. Not only have you saved my sanity, allowing me to move, but I know all the glute work is helping to keep my muscles more balanced during this weird time!!!
Thank you for another awesome workout
I really struggle to keep a flat back when we have to go into that 'Russian twist' position and lean back…any advice on how to keep it flat? As sometimes I feel it in my lower back when I'm in that position which I know ain't good
Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
