I absolutely enjoyed this video! I personally prefer slowed down and controlled workouts in general, especially for my abs, and I find this style much easier to transition to the next exercise and even be able to keep up. hiit workouts for at home following someone im not able to interact with except for a published video makes it difficult to follow along and feel like im getting all of the benefits from the practice.
all in all would love to see more of this, my abs are on fire. last four exercises I decided to hold plank and boat pose and I already can tell how they're going to feel tomorrow. thank you!

Loved this workout !! I wanted to move my body but didn't feel like lifting weights our doing intensive stuff – this got the workout done and I felt a good burn !! gonna try 2 sets of this the next time – thanks so much Maddie !!!! <3

could you plzzzz make a slow and intense series with more ab exercises that focus on different areas like obliques, lower and upper abs, but also booty and arms, etc…
i use this workout every morning because i’m usually low energy/ i don’t always feel motivated to do something so high energy. but then know i won’t workout at all! i love this vid because it’s not too much movement but still realllly makes you feel the abs getting toned!
a series would also be so helpful for those starting out to workout, like me, because you focus a lot on form!

Very intense workout, but I like it. It pushed me to use all of my core strength. I could get used to this but for my elbow and knee joints 😢. They started crying 😭 at the end

I just wanted to say thank you for all the great floor workouts (abs, glutes and thighs!). I just had foot surgery so no standing for me right now. Not only have you saved my sanity, allowing me to move, but I know all the glute work is helping to keep my muscles more balanced during this weird time!!!

I really struggle to keep a flat back when we have to go into that 'Russian twist' position and lean back…any advice on how to keep it flat? As sometimes I feel it in my lower back when I'm in that position which I know ain't good
