I was being so hard at myself and not appreciating much even when i had never been able to do a 20 min full workout but i have been constant with this video for a month now i can proudly say 20 min workout don’t tire me anymore! Let’s hope i continue this journey started with 200+ lbs I’m on 190 lbs now 🙂

Thanks I wanted to try to get back into shape after I quit gymnastics now I’m back in shape and do this every day btw I’m only 13 too so thanks❤
enjoyed it! I´m on day 1 of getting into healthy shape- not trying to lose weight, rather I need to gain muscles. I have had scoliosis since I was a child and it has gotten worse and worse over the years. It always bothered me that I never got into exercising when I was younger- I hated myself, my body, I was insecure. Now I´m content with my body, I made friends with it so it´s time i started taking care of it too. So, hopefully…. this was the first of many of your videos to be played in my house! I´m looking forward to working out with you more! 😀
I tried one of these workout videos yesterday for the first time. I go to a fitness place for aqua fit and silver sneakers. With the Christmas season and extremely cold weather in my state recently, the fitness place closed or wasn't having the classes that I usually go to. I was very impressed with these workouts and even might consider doing these more often.
What is your workout mat? It looks much bigger than a yoga mat. Is it also more durable?

It was my 3rd day of the workout today and my muscles were sore, the last exercise was the hardest because my legs were wobbly 😂

Just gave this a go as my intro back into fitness after falling off the gym wagon last year and it was kind of tough in parts so I had to take a break, but I'm trying really hard to remind myself that that's completely okay and that I don't need to feel any shame for not being as fit as I used to be <3 thanks Maddie for this workout and I'm looking forward to trying many more to help me get back to where I was <3

This was a great work out for me, my only complaint is that since we were on our backs before the jumping jacks, the bun I had my hair in got messed up and I had to take it down to actually get on my back, but then I had to put it back up for the jumping jacks.

Finally a workout I can actually can accomplish without being frustrated because I can’t keep up the exercises. Because this was finally a positive training experience I will definitely do it more often. Thank you, Maddie ☺️
Just did it. It wasn’t perfect and I had to adjust some exercises and do them at a slower pace but I did it! I have a ways to go (about 60 pounds to lose) but little by little. I know that CONSISTENCY IS KEY!
