I guess 12 days in and I'm seeing a result I don't have to really stop your videos anymore but it still kicks my ass. The dumbbell abuse still bugs me though
I liked it for the most part anything with the bend over kicked my ass the only thing that kept bugging me is the fact that you dropped the dumbbells.

How many days a week
Tried with 7.5kg (roughly 16.5 lb). Found it tough to follow through all 3 repetitions but that's the goal.

I'm 58 and my rugby days are long gone. I always trained heavy in the past, but your workout has proved to me that light weights get a lot heavier when you use them intensely. Great workout, and I will try a few more. I have to stick to upper body as my knee cartridge is shot to bits.
