Hi, Kathleen! I just wanted to say I've been using my treadmill every day, but last Wednesday I got sick with a bad head cold and just didn't feel up to it. I knew it wasn't going to be easy to get back in the swing of it now that I'm starting to feel little better. This video inspired me to get back on. I usually walk at 2.4 but I bumped it up to 3! Felt good to get my heart rate up after being sick for so many days. Thank you!
