I use to be a fitness nut but trauma sent me into a very long battle with a depressive episode and emotional eating. I have to start from scratch again. This along with walking are my first steps to finding my way back. Thank you.
This really works for me, no hurting knees, so should i stick to this nd repeat it every time or do you have other videos on your channel? i couldn't find something similar.
Hi! Thank you for curating this workout. I'm going to try to start incorporating this as a daily routine. I did notice, however, that the modified jumping jack and halo slam look the same. Perhaps I'm missing the nuance or difference, but if this was just a small error, do you have another video with an example of the jumping jack? Is it just the arm motion plus one leg at a time?
Finally a beginner workout that doesn’t include pull-ups!
how many calories you burn after this entire session?
Dude I do this everyday and I wish I can give you a like everyday😂
I did it! Wow!
This exercise has been so helpful to me. I weighed 89 kg last june 26 and I've been doing this along with intermittent fasting. Now, in just almost 1 month I'm already 78. My target weight is 55 and I think I can achieve it by august or so. Thank you for this exercise ❤️
Thank you for this wonderful workout
I love it. Thank you!
Currently 488 pounds and did it with no worries even jog in place while in the break
Can someone explain what active rest mean? Is it fine for me to just stand and catch my breath for the 30 sec?
I am 112kg, rarely do any workout and man this made me sweat alot. Unfortunately, I only did 2 times (can really tell I don’t exercise lol). I will certainly do this daily and make sure I finish it. Thanks for this! 💪
Its important to have ACTUAL beginner level for overweight people in mind bc telling someone who is over 200 lbs and not athlettic to just be doing burpees, jump rope, etc is murder on them and disheartening bc they cant even make it 5 minutes so good on whoever made this as a stepping stone

Wow, I love this workout! Agree with the many comments that "beginner" workouts are anything but…. Thank you for making this workout for my first few weeks. Look forward to your other workouts. What a service to humanity.
