I was just diagnosed with Gestational diabetes on top of being morbidly obese. I also lost my mom to a heart attack due to diabetes a few weeks before finding out I was pregnant. So basically a fear of mind is somewhat coming true, I’ve been working on a life style change and today for the first time I worked out the full 30mins,I was able to do that! At the end you said “we did it” and I shattered! Yes we did!
Thank you for making these videos and helping people from all sides of life. You made it feel like we were right in the same room together and were so patient and kind. I haven’t worked out in years and today, thanks to YOU it happened. Can’t wait to work out tomorrow
I am 16w6d and just did this workout for the first time! I enjoyed how easy-going it was but still got me moving! I did a few workouts during my 1st trimester but I REALLY want to kick it into gear during the remainder of my pregnancy! I know that will help so much with the marathon of birth 💪🏽

I haven´t done sports in a year and am about 20lbs overweight but this was still manageable, even with the "harder extras" incorporated. I´m definetely going to do this more often! 🙂 (I´m at around week 13 currently)
Thank you for this!!! It was fantastic. I didn’t work out at all my first trimester due to exhaustion and nausea. Trying to get back into it now that I just entered second trimester and this was manageable and fun!
Thank you sooo much Amy! This was great. You made it seem so easy so I didn't feel defeated from the get go but at the end of the workout I really felt like I got a great workout. I will be doing this every morning as my get out of bed workout. I feel ready to start my day🙂

Right now I'm 21 weeks. I was so out of shape due to lack of energy so far. I have finally started working out, walking 30min on treadmill, and 20min of exercise. I work in cleaning, so I have a moderately active job already. Feels good to workout again as I gained a bit of extra weight. Wouldn't want to go above average.
Dang I'm out of shape!! I only made it 7 mins through! Im definitely going to be using this during my pregnancy! Some day I'll be able to finish all of it lol

Thank you for sharing and being here with us. I was a big time runner and would run almost everyday and workout and I always pushed myself beyond 100 and with morning sickness really bad my first trimester I had to stop working out and not knowing how to stay at a healthy workout level without over doing it is hard for me so this video gets my heart rate up enough and I feel great afterwards 🙂
My go to pregnancy workout. I've just started to add some side lunges at the end instead of the last exercise to prep for Labour. I'm in my 20th week and it's definitely becoming more challenging as I grow. Thanks 😊
