I just started this week
I have gained so much weight during quarantine. I was out of work for a few months and would hardly leave the house because everythingwas closed. I went from 164 lbs to 205 lbs. I really want to start losing this weight because I am beginning to hate how I look. Everyone tries to tell me that it's hardly noticeable because I'm tall, but I can definitely see it. I was always in sports and dancing but now I have a knee injury that I've had for a few years and haven't had any luck with doctors helping it get better because they refuse to do more tests to find out what's wrong. Everyone else keeps telling me it might be meniscus damage due to where the pain is. It makes running around a bit hard sometimes. Anyway I was just wondering if you wouldn't mind recommending the workouts you think might work best for me. So sorry about the long story. I just wanted to give you an idea of where I'm coming from.

I've been overweight since i was about 15 years old. I issues with both my knees, but have been trying to lose weight and fat for awhile now. I've tried several different workouts from over a 2 dozen workout videos, but can't even make it halfway through any of them without my knees being in excruciating pain. I think I'm finally ready to accept the fact that I'm never going to lose this fat or weight
