Push ups in a beginners workout? Are you kidding me?
Another question – before we start this high intensity exercise, should we do any warm ups, just to make sure we don't pull any muscles while doing this? And then afterwards, do we do any cool down exercises? Maybe there's a video or two on this channel that has already been done for such warm ups and cool downs that we should review first before doing this? I looked at your videos on this channel, and didn't see anything, but I might have missed it.
Not sure what you mean with the last sentence – "simply step it out"? Meaning, do it again but more slowly?
I have been doing home workout since 2019 and for me this is not a beginner hiit workout but if you guys wanted a more challenging beginner workout this is really a must try hiit workout., i have finish it and i love it thank 😍

Just running through, used to do HIIT and circuit training, but haven't in over a year so fitness is gone.. have to say this doesn't look very beginner! You'd need a good level of fitness to do this workout!
