Hi! I just bought a spinning bike (everything adjustable, saddle gel cover). As soon as i sat, it hurt like hell. Nothing else gives me pubalgia. What is happening? Will it go away?

I haven't done a spin class in 8 years. Severely overweight. I had to stop 3 times during this video because my thighs hurt so bad. I never had thigh pain in the past. What is the cause of this? How can I make it not hurt this bad? I set up my bike like instructed but feel myself bending too far over to reach the handles. My handles don't adjust horizontally, only vertically. My seat can be adjusted horizontally but if I move it closer to the handles then my legs bend too much. Help please😅
This is the 3rd time this week that I'm here doing your spin class – love it! I think I might be hooked! 🚲🚴♀️ And for the first time ever, I could manage a little bit of 3rd position standing. 🙂
My third ride and I loved it! I plan on starting your beginner program but work had other stressful plans for me. I should have got up super early in the morning to do the program since I feel so good after doing this one! 🥰🥰🥰
I'm a total newbie to cycling in general, I bought a spin bike a couple weeks ago and tried to follow a different video which beat my ass in 2 minutes and haven't tried a workout on it until today. This was so challenging for me but in such an enjoyable way, LOVED every second of it ❤❤❤

What a perfect ride. I did the 1:07class on Saturday sweat class, with your mom in it,and it kicked butt, for real. So this ride was very refreshing. I can tell I'm definitely getting stronger, because this class was a breeze. Lol. Nice to have those classes too.

Bit late to the party – just got a spin bike x trying this as my first ride today. Loving the look of your videos and Chanel x just curious is there an order to build up your workouts – this is beginners- do you do this one until you are comfortable with it – if that is possible lol but then is an order you build up like a six week course or something? Thank you for any help xx
