Love love love all your work outs super effective I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks 3x a week the other two days I do some of your cardio and core workouts I always do a finisher after this one been working out since i got the go after birth and for a momma of two C-sections 2 years in a row I’m looking good thank you so much I’m gonna keep going on my journey with you guys ❤️ much love ❤️

The last exercise says switch at 20 seconds but you don't actually call out the switch. You guys just alternate legs FYI. Love the videos though!

This is the far the best YouTube workout I’ve ever done, and I’ve tried many. I love your cuts/ edits and how you have a preview for the next workout on long enough to really capture what the next round will entail. I also really appreciate the fact that your music is easy listening/ not too hype. Some music YouTubers post for their workout videos can be so annoying & cringey.

One of the things I love about J&T is they are encouraging without being patronising, which is no small thing as there are lots of good workouts out there which are ruined by by annoying inspirational bull throughout. I like a bit of advice at the start and a few words and a smile at the end. Just right.

It has good exercises but there are too many breaks for such short intervals. Also, I really hate the switching part. I feel like at 20 seca, I’m just starting to feel the burn of the exercise but then I have to switch. Needs improvement
