Whenever I do the rdls my lower back pain just hurts too much for me to continue. Any reason why ?

This was great, but I wouldn't recommend it with dodgy knees. Other than that, loved it. Just had to hold something for balance as knee didn't feel strong enough.
Seems so hard! But i like to do it
I find that workouts like this that are super repetitive and are essentially the same moves in different variations make me lose my interest quickly and I don't enjoy them as much. Am I the only one? 😕

I did this as I only had 20mins… omg it was tough!! Did it all with 12.5kg
I find my upper body gives in much sooner than my lower body, especially the erector spinae. Does anyone know which muscles I should focus on to improve this?

after completing 3 of your workout plans this is by far my favourite leg workout, and i usually hate leg day! thank you for the short workouts it rlly helps during the holidays when you just want to relax.
