Did this workout for the first time today. I was 235lbs when I started and by the time I finished the workout, I was 200lbs. Then I walked to my scale and it said I was 235lbs again. Moral of the story, always run to where you’re going and scales hate you.

Straight up Killer!
I’m about 14 years old I’m 170 sum pounds and I’m only 5’5 so I am not the most confident person in the world. Sense quarantine I noticedi started to gain more and more fat and weight. But as I was going to start working out I broke my collarbone I’m a biking accident I’m all healed now and for the past 3 days I have been doing 30 minutes of cardio before bed. Imma try and do this till my birthday (April 3) and see me results

No doubt about it this is tough, but to keep doing the same exercises over and over again is boring! Moving on to the next video. Hopefully this one has more variety.
