Great workout! I am sweating more despite doing this workout with lighter weights compared to the heavier weights I do in their other 20 minute strength workouts. Exercising to the beat on focused muscles for a longer time offers a harder and challenging workout in 20 minutes. I love it and will up the weight as I get stronger. Thankyou
