I like doing your workouts because they aren’t so strenuous. I will be 70 on November 15th and l hate it, but what can you do. Love working out with you guys ❤
Loved this April and Aiko. Moshi is such a great distraction. You are the only trainer that I can do my 10's with on standing exercises. I am so grateful for the Yes to Next group. Somebody was rude on a post of mine and when I defended myself she blocked me but I guess that's social media.

Thank you, dear ladies. You are helping me to stretch, warm up, spend 10 minutes walking and now strength training with weights. I am in my elder years so I do so appreciate the calm, relaxing music. The instructions are so clear and I am able to follow them with ease. Please keep posting videos as I see on your menu some challenges I want to engage in as the new year approaches in 3 1/2 months. I hope to be doing longer and longer workouts in the future. Oh, I really enjoy the kitty in the videos.
