Your videos are extremely positive and great for someone like myself. I have Hypermobility and my body keeps flaring up from extreme pain. A year ago I started weights at the gym and got strong but now weaker than before due to pain. I watched your Hypermobility video, are all your videos safe for someone with Hypermobility? i"m in my 40s, is this workout suitable for me?
I am begining my weight training with this workout and 3lb. Weights. Previously used yoga as my main practice but want to build muscle mass and retain strength as I age as now I am 70! Thanks for your wonderful offerings and commitment to all of us. Your attitude is so inspiring

I just want to say I deeply appreciate your non-judgemental and accessible approach. I've never been in fantastic shape but being sedentary during early COVID lockdown had disastrous effects on my body and I've often felt hopeless, self-conscious, and just plain scared to work out ever since because traditional fitness culture can be very intimidating. I find your videos so helpful and your attitude so encouraging so thank you for sharing your work 💙
