Woohoo!! Last Day of November's challenge!! Thank you Lucy!! Didn't miss a day!! Also want to tell you that when I started this on November 1st ( I have been doing this challenge in the evening, plus doing other workouts with you in the mornings when I get up) I decided to start doing 100 mountain climbers a day. At the beginning, I struggled to get 30 done with out having to take a break, then it slowly increased through out the month, and the past 2 mornings, I did all 100 in one shot!!

First workout of the May challenge βοΈ. Really enjoyed this workout and surprised myself by being able to stick with all of the high impact moves πͺ
