Maan c'mon even you are not doing all the work out non-stop… You cut the videos and copy 3 times for each, you can notice at each start. Try to do like us without stopping or cutting video in one time.

I have been avoiding super strenuous exercise for over 10 years due to Fibromyalgia, this was my first real workout after managing the pain. Brooke a sweat and had to actually rest in between sets, but feeling great! Thank you for this and I plan on doing this workout most mornings.

Hi thanks for the great video. Quick one. Do these types of exercises stimulate HGH (human growth hormone)? And can women do them as well?
Great workout to work up to, but if you're really out of shape use the hold time to rest at first and build up to this exercise. Make sure your feet are pointing forwards and they're shoulder-width apart. Turning your feet outwards or moving them further apart is just cheating the exercise and using different muscles.
I do this workout daily now. I was sick and had to take a week off working out to recover, I was afraid I would lose all the progress I made, but I was able to get through it.

People don't get hoe hard HIIT are supposed to be even for beginners. ESPECIALLY beginners. It's called High Intensity for a reason.
