Working legs always is so hard but I really am sick of having bulky thighs. Hope this workout will help me:)

Doing this for 1 week because my thighs are not so skinny unlike her's hope this works
Day 1:✅1 time and it hurt like hell but I felt the burn, also Cassey really motivates me
Day 2:✅1 time and it was way harder for some reason like I was still sore for yesterday
Day 3:✅1 time took a few breaks between the workouts because I was about to collapse.

Oh my God this workout was hard and I got really sweaty there were times when I wanted to just give up on myself but the way cassie talks to u like your doing the workout with her is amazing I kept going just because of cassie and I'm starting to see results which is great Thank you Cassie!!😁

This actually killed me. Gasping for breath and everything. Taking breaks

guys does this really work??? i've been working out for three years and eating clean but my legs just won't shrink no matter what, i'm literally desperate and i need to know if this works or not 🙁

Alright so I’m going to keep track of my progress here so I already did day 1 and day 2 and my measurements are
L Thigh – 22 inches
R Thigh – 22.2 inches
Waist – 25.8 inches
Hips – 37 inches
Day 3: there was a heat wave so I didn’t do it on the day I was meant to but I did it the next day, paired with the sculpting thigh workout.
Day 4: did it and I feel somewhat stronger? Maybe?
Day 5: did it today as well, I’m lasting much longer on each exercise. Before I used to struggle to continue the workouts but like I don’t need to take breaks for the reveles or the piles which is sick. I’ve also started to include an ab workout after the two videos so we’ll see if that has any effect. My diet however has been somewhat poor though, I keep indulging in things like ice cream which I shouldn’t so for the next couple of days I’ll try and refrain from eating poorly.

here is my progress!!
Day 1- I did all the workouts but i couldnt get to round 3. I was a little upset that i couldn't but i know ill be able to do it next time!! my thighs and calves are shaking like CRAZYYY
I did this once and it killed me. I am so sore the morning after. I love that cuz other thigh videos don’t get me this sore, but I am dreading doing this again 😂
today is the ninth day and unfortunately nothing has changed. Maybe on the contrary, I'm worse off than 1 day. I don't get it, and I'm disappointed. 😔Not a centimeter or a blanket down. I train more sets every day, not just this video, every day i'm sweat and really make maximum, that second day my leg really hurts. I have a mix of 8 videos, for the whole body, including stretching and relaxation. I don't eat any junk food. Actually, I don't eat much. Is anyone in a similar situation? Is there anyone who had it that way from the beginning and then it broke somewhere? I will be grateful for any advice.
I'm not fat as much 173cm/69kg, i would love to put down at least 8-10 kg and most shape the body.
